Mr. Joe ZHANG Quan is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NG28娱乐 Holding Group. Mr. Zhang joined NG28娱乐 Holding Group in April 2014 and has held many key positions such as Head of NG28娱乐 Auto Finance Department, Head of NG28娱乐 Holding Group Treasury Department, and Director of NG28娱乐 Holding Group Strategic Finance Center, etc. In December 2020, Mr. Zhang was appointed Deputy CFO of NG28娱乐 Holding Group and in May 2021 he was appointed CFO of NG28娱乐 Holding Group.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Accounting.
